I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started this blog. I’ve never quite got to the place where I can happily press publish. They layout wasn’t right, I didn’t like what I was saying, I take crap pictures. There were a lot of reasons but mostly, I’m pretty good at putting the pro in procrastination.

I did press publish once, but that was by accident. It took a couple of hours of fiddling to figure out how to unpublish it all.

This time I’m just going to go with it and post the odd thing about what I’m making, growing, brewing, fermenting and all the other-ings I do.
